1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of all products and related accessories supplied by our company. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Use and Accessory Support Policy

Our products and associated accessories are designed, engineered, and tested to operate safely and effectively only when used in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Required Consumables: To maintain full operational functionality and product support, clients must use the designated, authorised and authentic products / vacuum bags and accessories, specifically designed for each model.

• Limitation of Support for Accessories: We explicitly disclaim all support, warranties, technical assistance, and repair services for any attached or linked accessories if the host machine has been operated using non-compliant, generic, or incorrect bags.

• Damage and Liability: Damages, performance degradations, or failure of connected accessories resulting directly or indirectly from the use of incorrect bags are not covered under warranty and will be the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Warranty Claims

To submit a valid warranty or support request for any product or connected accessory, the client may be required to provide proof of use of the correct, specified bags. Failure to provide such documentation may result in immediate voiding of support services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper machine operation or failure to adhere to consumable requirements.
