FuelClear Additive Injection Systems
The Injection system provides users with continuous application of fuel additives in high volume refuelling operations. They are compatible with all fuel specifications, a wide range of flow rates and fuel pressures, and can be tailor made to suit your specific installation.
They dispense fuel treatments at a steady rate, ensuring consistent agitation with fuel.
The system comes in two formats - the Turbine Fuel-driven Injection system and the Electronic Injection, using high specification Grundfos dosing pumps. Each is used in different applications based on flow rates, dosing rates, power availability and cost.
They are designed for a ‘fit & forget’ operation with options including remote monitoring of the injector and biocide, vertical flow and bypass pipework. The monitoring systems are designed to work with GSM or satellite communication systems, allowing 24/7 global analysis and remote control.
